ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered production, been loaded, shipped, or scheduled for delivery, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

If we are unable to make the requested change, the order may be completed as originally placed.

Program Description

Spencer Bro’s Feed may offer an SMS or MMS text messaging program to customers who voluntarily opt in.

Messages may include:

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you affirmatively opt in again.

Other supported opt-out keywords may include CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL.

Opting out of promotional text messages will not necessarily prevent us from contacting you through other methods or from sending communications that are necessary to respond to a request you initiated, where permitted by law.

Supported Carriers
