Order Cancellation or Modification

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered production, been loaded, shipped, or scheduled for delivery, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

If we are unable to make the requested change, the order may be completed as originally placed.

Text Messaging Terms

Program Name: EZFeed / Spencer Bro’s Feed SMS Program

Spencer Bro’s Feed may offer an SMS or MMS text messaging program to customers who voluntarily opt in.

Messages may include order confirmations and updates, delivery reminders and scheduling information, route announcements, account or payment reminders, customer service communications, product availability information, and promotional offers or sales when separately authorized.

The types of messages you receive will depend on the consent you provide and your relationship with Spencer Bro’s Feed.

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to our text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from Spencer Bro’s Feed at the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Providing a telephone number to place an order, create an account, request assistance, or otherwise communicate with us does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive recurring promotional text messages.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Other supported opt-out keywords may include CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging services may not be available through all devices or carriers.
